1. Type in the baby's name, birthdate, and birth stats to "notes to seller" section when ordering.
2. If you would like any custom colors for the text, please type that in the "notes to seller" section as well.
3. Complete your purchase. Due to time constraints a proof will not be sent, please make sure all information is correctly typed in and if there is a change please contact me within 5 hours of purchasing. I may not be able to make changes o your order after that time period because it will go in to production.
