HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the size you would like from the drop down menu and also select if you would like the insert included (the insert is the actual pillow form that fits inside)
2. Add to cart
3. When you are checking out there will be a "notes to seller" box. In this box please leave me the following information:

-First, Middle, and Last Name
-Date of Birth
-Time of Birth
-Birth Weight
-Length

4. After you complete your purchase, I will send you a proof to approve within 24-48 hours. The pillow will not be made until you approve the design and information.
